My husband was hunting and my hot water heater went out. I called Gartman and they were able to come the same day and replace the hot water heater. Very pleasant to deal with and never made me feel like it was a problem for them to come out and help me, especially on a Saturday. I will forever use their services.

It is to late in the day to call, but I wanted to tell you we called to have a furnace worked on at one of our rentals. Not only did the tenant text me to tell me how kind Penny was, he texted me to say how extremely good Tom was. Tom took time to walk our tentant through the new thermostat (I asked to have it installed). Our tentant was so grateful. I wanted to say thank you for everything you and your crew do to help us

Good morning Penny.Our A/C stopped working yesteday and Brian was out within the hour to get it running again. He did however, identify that it's not cooling like it should be, so he's going to do some research into it to see how to go about addressing that.Nonetheless, it worked good enough to get through the night. Just a short note to tell you how much we appreciate your prompt services. In particular, I would like to single out one of your field representatives. Brian Neubauer has been extremely helpful and conscientious in servicing our church, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran. I cannot say enough about how he goes about his work always looking to save us money and make our systems more efficient. Brian is very easy to work with and tries to help me understand the systems, and because I am not that mechanical that is no easy task. Whatever you pay him you are getting a great deal. I would also say that the entire staff that we have had work on our facility has earned the reputation that your company has achieved. Thank you and we look forward to working with you in the future.
