A shout out to the great GMS team again. 7/12/26 my 26 year old AC unit decided it had enough. Being a Sunday I left a email with Penny office manager. She quickly responded Monday at 6:30 am and said she'd send Tim W. out to look it over and give an estimate. Unit was replaced on 7/15/26.
Chad did an excellent job getting us back in the cooler temps in the house, my dogs appreciated it to. He also replaced my furnace 3 yrs ago. I have had nothing but excellent service for calling them for my cooling, heating and plumbing. Again great job all around in this 90 degree week.

First and foremost, I wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank Gartman for the exceptional service recently provided when our IT server rack cooling system and split unit experienced an unexpected outage.
Brian and team went far beyond the normal scope of service. Not only did he thoroughly troubleshoot the HVAC issue, but he also took the initiative to engage an additional vendor, Schneider Electric, help identify potential issues, and coordinate obtaining a proposal for our IT team. His proactive approach, sense of urgency, and commitment to helping us resolve the situation were greatly appreciated.
