A shout out to the great GMS team again. 7/12/26 my 26 year old AC unit decided it had enough. Being a Sunday I left a email with Penny office manager. She quickly responded Monday at 6:30 am and said she'd send Tim W. out to look it over and give an estimate. Unit was replaced on 7/15/26.

Chad did an excellent job getting us back in the cooler temps in the house, my dogs appreciated it to. He also replaced my furnace 3 yrs ago. I have had nothing but excellent service for calling them for my cooling, heating and plumbing. Again great job all around in this 90 degree week.

First and foremost, I wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank Gartman for the exceptional service recently provided when our IT server rack cooling system and split unit experienced an unexpected outage.

Brian and team went far beyond the normal scope of service. Not only did he thoroughly troubleshoot the HVAC issue, but he also took the initiative to engage an additional vendor, Schneider Electric, help identify potential issues, and coordinate obtaining a proposal for our IT team. His proactive approach, sense of urgency, and commitment to helping us resolve the situation were greatly appreciated. Please extend our sincere thanks and recognition to Brian for his outstanding efforts.

Thank you for taking such good care of us throughout the year. We're grateful for  your trusted partnership.

I love the new thermostat!!! It is exactly what I needed. Mat was a real pleasure. He is a wonderful representative for your company.

My water heater went out they sent two professional hardworking men! Tom and Ethan were amazing and flawless with their execution and service! Very pleased with the service! Would recommend to anyone! God bless!

Gartman has been providing us reliable service for years. They have honest pricing and provide trustworthy work.

Can’t thank you enough for helping me out today and getting my furnace up and running! I appreciate Penny's thoughtful reassurance and updates, Tim picking up the part and Jake’s expertise!.

I wanted to share how pleased we are with our decision to have Gartman do NEST thermostat install/Honeywell zone devices install/furnace maintenance. Penny is always so responsive and pleasant. Jesse is now OUR guy (he was awesome), and I sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and bottom line up front practice.

Brian has always served us well. His humor, positive attitude and quality work is very much appreciated. He's my "Employee of the Month."

Although my naked cats loved having no air conditoner these last few days, us humans are forever greatful. Way to go Gartman Mechanical Services inc. Chad and Alex were great! Thanks for installing our new furnace. You have gotten us out of a sticky situation once again.
